Sarasota 4-H Foundation – Market Animal Project
What is this?
A low-risk opportunity to raise a market animal and bring it to the county fair. The animal is auctioned, and the proceeds are split with the foundation.
Benefits?
~The bulk of the up-front costs are paid for by Sarasota 4-H Foundation. They choose and supply the animal and cover the costs of raising it.
~ A member of the foundation is available to answer questions and help as needed.
~ The animal is sold as the 4-H Foundation Project which can help draw-in buyers.
~You do not need to own a farm or property to participate! There are alternatives.
